When Carroll launched her frivolous suit, Trump moved to have the case taken from state court to federal court under the Westfall Act. However, when the Biden regime came to power, Garland decline to seek certification under Westfall - for obvious reasons. When Trump regained office, he moved for Westfall certification under Westfall, but the courts refused claiming the legal right had been waived...as if Trump's rights could have been properly represented by the corrupt Garland.

I just want to remind everyone that in addition to once saying on CNN that "rape is sexy," E. Jean Carroll's accusation against Trump is an exact plot line from a 2012 Law & Order SVU episode.

She claimed that this was a complete coincidence when asked about it.

Her lawyers also tried to get the judge to instruct jurors that there's no evidence in the record that the episode "actually exists."

Her scam was a classic, Place the claimed event so far in the past that the accused would have no records of where he was and what he did at that time, scam-tactic. Kind of like Blah-Blah--Ford ... except Kavanaugh was one of those uncommon individuals who actually had journals from the pertinent timeframe.

I could put it more crudely, but basically Trump's preferences at the alleged time in women were, ummm, hotter.
