At least three Metropolitan Police Department officials who were under investigation for allegedly manipulating crime statistics were issued termination papers by the internal affairs office, law enforcement sources tell News4.

Two of the officials are commanders, sources said; another is a captain.

News4 was first to report in July 2025 that the commander of MPD’s 3rd District was under investigation for allegedly manipulating crime statistics on his district. Cmdr. Michael Pulliam was placed on leave with pay and denied the allegations.

Pulliam was told on Monday that he would be terminated, News4 confirmed.

2nd District Cmdr. Tatjana Savoy also was told she would be terminated, source said.

Multiple other officials were told they would be fired or receive other forms of discipline.

Word of the termination notices spread as a number of high-level officials did not show up to a crime briefing early Monday, sources said.

Interim Chief of Police Jeffery Carroll declined to comment, citing an internal matter. U.S. Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro also said she could not comment.

Republican South Carolina Rep. Nancy Mace named several lawmakers Monday who she claims used a congressional “slush fund” to cover up alleged sex scandals.

Mace said she uncovered 1,000 pages of documents detailing how certain lawmakers allegedly evaded consequences for sexual scandals, according to a Monday post on X. Mace originally subpoenaed the House Oversight Committee in March in light of a string of sexual scandals that resulted in two resignations from Congress.

Notably, Mace said that these documents are only from the last 22 years, claiming that all reports prior to 2004 were “destroyed.” Mace later named six lawmakers she alleges covered up their sex scandals with the “slush fund.”

“Accountability is not a threat,” Mace said. “It is a promise.”

Mace followed up her original tweet with one listing the alleged cases and their settlements. Mace’s post names six lawmakers including former Republican Louisiana Rep. Rodney Alexander, former Republican Texas Rep. Blake Farenthold, former Republican Pennsylvania Rep. Patrick Meehan, former Democratic New York Rep. Eric Massa, former Democratic Michigan Rep. John Conyers, and the office of former Democratic New York Rep. Carolyn McCarthy.

Former Rep. Barney Frank, a liberal icon who was a key architect of the landmark Wall Street regulations Democrats enacted in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, has entered hospice care at his home in Maine. And as one of his last acts, he is preparing to release a book repudiating his party’s left flank.

A champion of liberal causes during his 32 years representing Massachusetts in the House, Frank says progressive Democrats have “embraced an agenda that goes beyond what’s politically acceptable.”

“Until we separate ourselves from that agenda, we don’t win,” he said in an interview Tuesday.

Frank, who served in the House from 1981 to 2013, said he feels “very good — no pain, no discomfort,” but has entered hospice care as he deals with congestive heart failure. He is remaining in his home in Ogunquit, Maine, where he moved with his husband after retiring from Congress.

Not Sending Their Best: ICE Arrests Dog-Torturer, Child-Abuser, and Baby-Murderer

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the arrest of a child rapist freed by Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger, an illegal alien who tried to murder her own baby, and an alien who tortured dogs. Yet Democrats will go to any lengths to ensure this type of scum stays in our country and preys upon U.S. citizens.

In the first case, on May 4, DHS announced the ICE arrest of UK illegal alien John Young Cotter Johnstone. And he’s a real sicko:

In videos provided to police, Johnstone repeatedly used shock collars on dogs, stepped on their leashes to pull their heads to the ground, and even used their leashes to swing dogs around in mid-air. He now faces four felony charges of willfully torturing, maiming, or mutilating animals… [on] April 2, Clark County officials honored the detainer and turned Johnstone over to ICE custody.

On May 5, DHS issued two more press releases. ... in Democrat-run New York, Honduran illegal alien Soili Xiomara Aparicio-Santos decided to go one worse than that and commit infanticide.

Soili Xiomara Aparicio-Santos[…] was convicted in 2018 of second-degree attempted murder, first and second-degree attempted assault, and endangering the welfare of a child. Despite being originally sentenced to 16 years in prison, she appealed and her sentence was reduced to 10 years. Local authorities cooperated with ICE and notified ICE law enforcement about her upcoming release.

Bis exclaimed, “This monster attempted to KILL her own child the day he was born. The Obama administration released this attempted murderer into our country.” Aparicio-Santos has a final removal order dating back to 2014, and ICE has been trying to get custody of her since 2017.

... Gov. Spanberger and Fairfax County authorities released an accused pedophile. Fortunately, ICE did arrest him before he could commit another rape. (For reference, an illegal alien murderer released in Fairfax County last year almost immediately murdered another victim.)
