Well, it turns out you were wrong because a real life witch just melted in the halls of Congress when doused with cold harsh reality by EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin. Here are the highlights of the melting witch.

She kept trying to divert Zeldin to explaining why he wasn't doing what she believed the EPA should, and he POed her by sticking to what laws and court decisions dictate and limit what the EPA can do. My dry summery doesn't capture the comedy of the moment.
