The therapist in question — Erica Holladay Webb (nee Probst)(they/she) — is the founder of ALT Trauma Therapy, which has two locations in Georgia, and Webb works out of the Fulton County, Atlanta, area.
“I operate from a feminist, sex-positive, and antiracist perspective. I value consent and autonomy: I believe that clients have the power to heal from within, and that they are the experts on their own lives” she writes on her official biography page.

According to the (Physicians Against Antisemitism) spokesperson, Webb attempted to define “antisemitism” to a Jewish man, invalidated his experience as a Jew because of the color of his skin, and admitted to laughing at a Jew’s concerns over antisemitism.
“You are a white Jewish man living in New York,” Webb snarled about privilege in a response to a thread about Israeli-US politics.

“Anti Zionism is not necessarily antisemitism. This needs more context,” she added, referring to a prior conversation.
Then, in another comment, she said “you are white, you don’t have a right to a country in the Middle East.”
I'll try to clarify a (very) mental distinction I make. Israel is not perfect and is not above criticism. But, Israel is a sovereign country with a right to defend itself. "Anti Zionism", at best is a denial of both and crosses the boundary between ???? into antisemitism. WRT whether "criticism" is just that or is antisemitism, it's antisemitism, IMO, when:
* It includes or tolerates Blood Libel like the claim that Israel kills "Palestinians" for their transplantable organs or claims that Israel is committing genocide;
* Israel is criticized for defending itself and for trying to eliminate munitions being used to attack Israel;
* When "news" outlets use "Palestinians" sources who are part of terror groups;
* Wild "Palestinian" claims of "civilian" deaths are "reported" without question or qualification;
* Double-standards, claiming things Israel does are "atrocities" while ignoring real atrocities by Arab Palis;
* When reports of an event omit details and context in order to make the event look like Israel committed an atrocity (e.g. when the Arab Pali's rocket fell into a Gaza hospital parking lot and worldwide MSM reported it as an Israeli missile hitting the hospital, until forced by overwhelming evidence to follow up with corrections).
