Now, because of the green policies, utility rates are climbing, meaning that a big chunk of the rest of the residents of New York are looking to the exits as well.

Now Governor Hochul wants to delay full implementation of the lunatic climate laws, hoping that someone will decide to stay put - or that some who have already fled to Florida, Texas or Tennessee might come back. Yeah, good luck with that. As our sister site Hot Air wrote earlier on Saturday:
