I've been seeing this claimed on bunches of FB posts, how many from bots, . Knowing that the flood of Internet posts about this would have a Google-Bomb like effect that would fool AI if my search phrase were not careful, I crafted a phrase to avoid this, live fire at indian naval exercise . Here's what I found:

The article webpage has some coding that makes copying text difficult, and won't allow copying the article title. What I was able to quote is near the end of the article. I'm mainly posting this so we have an answer to the Trump- and US-Haters' false claim. Whether it was armed or not is irrelevant, but calling out the Haters' lie is a good counter-attack.
