An FBI report from 2006 reveals that Trump notified Palm Beach police chief Michael Reiter about both Epstein and Maxwell, calling her "evil" and urging police to focus on her role in Epstein's activities. Reiter told the FBI about Trump's tip in 2019 when the Department of Justice renewed interest in both Epstein and Maxwell:

If I were a more cynical man, I would think that the election officials in Fulton County have something to hide.

As a Pollyanna, though, I am certain that it means nothing at all that Fulton County is suing to stop the FBI from examining the evidence that could prove or disprove whether shenanigans that likely cost Trump the 2020 elections took place in that county.

Fulton County has spent years hiding the ballots, and even tried to destroy them well before the legal time requirement. The county has violated court orders to keep them hidden and has already admitted that they broke the law in how they counted and verified the vote totals.

Now that the ballots are in the FBI's hands due to a search warrant, Fulton County is trying to keep them from being examined, and will have a heck of a time explaining why the 40 boxes they claimed existed do not appear to be in FBI hands.

The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to unDivided that it has launched a criminal probe.

"The School Resource Officer informed me he was called by the school to investigate a report of sexual assault at a wrestling match. This incident allegedly happened during the match between the victim and a transgender student the victim was wrestling at the time. Last week, the School Resource Officer reviewed a video of the match, and he will be following up with the victim this week for further information. This is being investigated and is still active,” Pierce County Sheriff's Deputy Carly Cappeltto told unDivided in an email.

This situation is still under investigation ... after delays. Some bigotry acts; some bigotry refuses to act with diligence, if at all.

Declaring that Oklahoma has a duty to ensure tax dollars are used appropriately and wisely, Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt has signed an executive order that ends tenure rights for college professors at most of the state’s universities.

“University and college faculty play a central and irreplaceable role in educating students, advancing knowledge, mentoring future leaders, and shaping the civic and economic future of Oklahoma,” states the executive order signed Feb. 5 by Stitt.

The four-page order grandfathers in those who already have tenure and applies to future hires.

The state’s public research universities — University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University — may continue to grant tenure with the addition of post-tenure review and remedial actions allowed “for sustained failure to meet established performance standards,” the order states.

But the state’s public regional universities and community colleges cannot grant new lifetime tenure appointments, and future employments for faculty must be offered under “fixed duration and renewable term contracts,” the order states.

This will become a years-long part of a bunch of lawyers' careers. Ivory Tower occupiers won't take this lying down.

Republican senators are seeking explanations from several major phone carriers at a Senate hearing on Tuesday as to their internal decisions to comply with subpoenas issued by former Biden government special counsel Jack Smith as part of the Arctic Frost investigation. In his opening remarks, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) revealed that Smith and his team appear to have purposefully circumvented constitutional safeguards to obtain the phone records.

Notably, several statutes require senators to be notified of subpoenas seeking certain records—including phone data—and these notifications can be waived only if the senator is the specific target of an investigation. In the case of Arctic Frost, the 20 Republican lawmakers whose phone toll records were subpoenaed by Smith were not specific investigatory targets, which Grassley says should have meant the lawmakers were to have been notified of the subpoenas.

“Smith and his team irresponsibly steamrolled ahead while intentionally hiding their activity from Members of Congress,” Sen. Grassley said at the start of the hearing, adding, “Smith’s deceitful conduct was a substantial intrusion into the core constitutional activity of constitutional officers.”

Instead of following the legal avenues and notification requirements, Grassley stated that Smith and his team instead sought gag orders from federal judges—mainly U.S. District Court Judges James Boasberg and Beryl Howell—to prevent the lawmakers from being appropriately notified. The Tuesday hearing seeks to understand the internal procedures used by Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile to handle subpoena requests—especially since, in the case of Verizon, the company was under a separate agreement that required it to notify the Senate Sergeant at Arms of subpoena requests pertaining to senators.

Rep. Eric Swalwell thought he had the perfect gotcha moment Tuesday. He demanded that ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons resign during a House Homeland Security Committee hearing. Instead, Lyons shut him down cold with a killer fact-check that exposed the California Democrat's phony outrage.

"Mr. Lyons, your staying on to lead ICE is a decision," Swalwell said before rattling off a series of allegations of ICE abuses. "Why not?" Swalwell pressed.

That's when Lyons dropped the hammer. "Because, sir, that child that you're showing right there, the men and women of ICE took care of him when his father abandoned him and ran from law enforcement," he said, pointing to the photo of Ramos behind Swalwell.

Los Angeles Teachers’ Union Caught Implementing Anti-ICE ‘Resistance’

A major Los Angeles teachers union is reportedly choosing to brainwash students into hating federal immigration officers instead of educating them, possibly even directly encouraging illegal behavior.

Defending Education released a report on Tuesday, February 10, exposing United Teachers of Los Angeles (UTLA) planning documents and materials that seemingly lobby for using school resources as part of a campaign to demonize and interfere with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers arresting illegal alien criminals. The union argued that the school resources can be a “form of resistance” against ICE when they are used to help “engag[e] students in community self-defense.” The union even wanted to offer “service learning hours” for borderline or outright illegal protest activities.

When UTLA referred to “community self-defense,” what it really meant was defying ICE. By the way, ICE is not raiding schools. If any children are deported, it is almost certainly because their parents are being deported, and illegal alien parents can choose to have their children come with them. The documents do acknowledge the possibility of school staff being arrested, which seems to indicate they have hired illegal aliens. Notably, EdSource states that the Los Angeles Unified School District’s (LAUSD) average for proficiency in math is about 36% and 46% in English

Teachers were supposed to lead “discussions with students” and provide “know your rights” training, a deceptively titled set of propaganda points that falsely assert illegal aliens have constitutional rights. UTLA planned to bring in unnamed agencies to discuss how to protect illegal aliens and how to organize to support aliens already arrested.

Defending Education explained:

Captured images of planning notes seem to advocate for the use of professional development time to “make door hanger immigration kits: w/ pro bono lawyers, affidavits, KYR, etc – distribute,” “engaging students in community self-defense – offer service learning hours,” using school budgets to “buy bullhorns, whistles,” using “security cameras to monitor” for ICE agents, and the use of “phone trees – rapid response/ communication at the school level” such as the “Signal App” to alert to ICE presence.

What the union proposes - and its members have probably carried out - is a gross violation of CA law against politicizing schools. Not that Noisome or Bonta would be likely to interfere. Public schools are approaching the point that teaching kids to read, do Math, etc. is an affront to Progs' Cause-of-the-Month.

Yet, the Americans heading to the theater to watch “Melania” have a vastly different takeaway. They’ve given it a score of 99%.

I doubt the media will learn anything from “Melania.” But if they were willing to glean something, it should be that marketing to conservatives – and the 77 million Americans who voted for Trump – can pay off.

For a feature film, a $7M opener would be disastrous. For a documentary, apparently it busts through the charts' ceiling. It's easy to dismiss, it's just $7M; OTOH, it drew in an audience that would not normally be in a theater. So . More telling, maybe, is the canyon between critics' comments, which were obviously knee-jerkingly Hate-Trump (some admitting not having seen what they denigrated), and comments from ordinary people who actually did see the movie (and might not be willing to lie-for-the-cause).
