Lots of Noam Chomsky in the files

Scumbag Noam Chomsky evidently had a taste for young, non-consenting women


...and it's disturbing to imagine that old disgusting fart breathing lentil exhaust on the face of some poor kid while he dumps a load of universal grammar into her. But the point here is that
TO A MAN (or, since it's DU, to a ZE/ZIR), Noam Chomsky occupies a seat on the DUmp Pantheon of Untouchables, those who can do no wrong.

Until they do, of course. Then DU, rather than expressing dismay and heartbreak, and turning within to examine its own values, goes full Lenin and disavows him completely.

I’ll admit I’m not familiar with his work on linguistics (which is his actual area of expertise), and I can’t comment on that.

Epstein’s breadth of reach is so depressing. I guess we really do have an elitist ring of pedophiles and pedophile enablers running the world.

     Notice that when the DUmp comes across an enemy in the Epstein files, the mere fact that they're there is clear, incontrovertible evidence that they rape children. When one of their darlings appears, however, it's just the unfortunate residue of existing in a network of wealthy, highly connected, and highly placed people.

     I'm just adopting their ethos: Chomsky is a pedophile, full stop. He's in the files, and I don't like him, so he raped children. Period.

The close friendship that Noam Chomsky maintained with Jeffrey Epstein continued being detailed extensively among millions of investigative records pertaining to the late convicted sex offender recently released by the US justice department, including Chomsky “fantasizing about the Caribbean island”.

In Friday’s tranche of documents, which built upon earlier disclosures of their close social ties, there is no specific indication that the famed academic and linguist was referring to his friend’s private Caribbean island where children were sexually abused. But the personal familiarity between the two men in that exchange is palpable, as it is in numerous other emails between Chomsky and Epstein aimed at planning more mundane social gatherings.

Perhaps most strikingly, in late February 2019, Epstein represented to an associate that he had gotten advice from Chomsky over how to navigate “the horrible way you are being treated in the press and public”. That was 11 years after Epstein had pleaded guilty to soliciting an underage girl for prostitution – and months before he would reportedly die by suicide while in federal custody awaiting sex-trafficking charges.

“The best way to proceed is to ignore it,” Chomsky wrote, according to text signed under his first name that Epstein sent to a lawyer and publicist. “That’s particularly true now with the hysteria that has developed about abuse of women, which has reached the point that even questioning a charge is a crime worse than murder.”

Beyond that, Chomsky’s affiliation with Epstein netted him invitations to vacation together and recognizable names to his orbit.

For instance, after the emails showed him and the Chomskys making plans to meet up in 2016, Epstein wrote to Noam, “Enjoyed … [as] always. Come to New York or Caribbean? Enjoy the food.”

“We did too, very much,” Chomsky replied. “Valeria’s always keen on New York. I’m really fantasizing about the Caribbean island.”

At another point that same year, Epstein – a Brooklyn native – discussed being “free anytime” to meet up with Chomsky in New York City because “everyone in the city besides us will be gone. Separate from Woody. Maybe we can do it again.”

Minimally, WTH was up with being chummy with Epstein several years after E's perversion had become publicly known? And "fantasizing about the Caribbean island" several years after E's perversion had become publicly known? DU disaffection with Chomsky looks to be earned. At the same time, it does not look to be anything for which Chomsky could be prosecuted. He was just being above common-people-grade morality.
