In a bombshell post Jan. 21, Blue Lives Matter wrote on X, "We're not saying that Blue Lives Matter was behind feeding false information to far-left, anti-ICE protestors. We're not saying we had teams comprised of HUNDREDS of off-duty cops and veterans volunteer to run decoy operations so far-left activists THOUGHT they were conducting ICE raids."

It continued, "We're not saying they were in fact they were just driving around in what appeared to be unmarked vehicles with tinted windows... drinking coffee and listening to Guns and Roses.... being chased down and surrounded by protestors. What we ARE saying is that if it DID happen.... it sure worked remarkably well in NINE DIFFERENT STATES, allowing ACTUAL raids to successfully take place unimpeded, helping support the capture of HUNDREDS of criminals."

Blue Lives Matter boasted, "Combat veterans, off-duty officers and patriotic Americans have had enough of the radical left... and are being activated across the country to back our #lawenforcement.  And they're smarter...more skilled... more driven... better trained than the left … and actually enjoy sitting in a deer stand for days on end just waiting. @DHSgov @ICEgov we’ve got you."

Unless confirmed by Trump-Haters whining about being sent on snipe hunts, I'd take this with a block of anti-confirmation-bias salt.

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson Just Insulted Justice Clarence Thomas

Clarence Thomas is one of the greatest Justices to ever sit on the Supreme Court, and the second Black Justice after Thurgood Marshall. Known for being a man of few words, but one who can write scathing rulings, Thomas is a wonderful example of not only jurisprudence but of profound legal and Constitutional thinking.

So, naturally, the Left despises him.

This includes Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, who says he can't think of a single thing Justice Thomas has done to benefit Black people.

"Judicial Watch is suing the city of Chicago over its reparations task force, saying that it's discriminatory by race," a reporter said. "When you said it wouldn't just benefit Blacks, especially foundational Black Americans, doesn't deviation from recently supported case law to institutions of higher learning, where Clarence Thomas laid out a legislative package, make the program unnecessarily vulnerable, status by race versus status by injured class?"

"Yeah, I'm not aware of anything that Clarence Thomas has ever done that has benefited Black people," Johnson replied.

"I just told you," the reporter said.

"I mean, you just read something, but there's no evidence that anything that the Justice has ever done on behalf of the interests of Black people, or even marginalized people in general..." Johnson continued.

As a reminder, here's some of what Brandon Johnson has done for Blacks in the city of Chicago: in 2024, he ended the city's Shotspotter program, calling it — you guessed it — racist. Since then, the vast majority of shooting victims have been Black males. Of 63 victims known and tracked by CWB Chicago, just seven are white or "unknown." The youngest victim was just 13-years-old. Some of them might have lived had the Shotspotter system alerted police to the gunfire.

Clarence Thomas, on the other hand, works to ensure the Constitutional rights of all Americans, regardless of race. Thomas grew up in poverty and worked his way through college and Yale Law School before becoming an assistant attorney general in Missouri. He was appointed to the United States Court of Appeals in D.C. in 1990, where he served for only 19 months before taking Marshall's seat on the Supreme Court.

To say that Thomas has done "nothing to benefit Black people" is an insult to his work and his legacy, as well as to every Black child who is growing up in poverty. And, of course, Johnson intentionally missed the point of the reporter's question: Thomas is warning Chicago that a race-based reparations program won't pass constitutional muster, giving the city a chance to rethink it into one that will. Johnson is refusing to do that, instead resorting to ad hominem attacks on Justice Thomas.

FBI arrests 2 connected to anti-ICE protest at St. Paul church, Bondi says

Federal authorities have arrested two of the people connected to an anti-immigration enforcement protest that disrupted a church service on Sunday in St. Paul.

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Thursday morning that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and FBI agents arrested Nekima Levy Armstrong, a civil rights attorney who helped organize the protest.

Minutes later, Bondi announced Chauntyll Louisa Allen was also arrested. She’s listed as the clerk of the St. Paul Board of Education.

FWIW, Armstrong is a professional "protester" (= shit-stirrer inclined toward violence), affiliated with BLM-type orgs.

Armstrong is a classic left-wing grifter. She runs a nonprofit that exists mainly for the purpose of enriching her. She has gotten something like $1 million from the Walton family, while her purported nonprofit has done little.

Immediately after Sunday’s criminal trespass, Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel announced an investigation. They haven’t wasted any time: Armstrong and a lellowsic leftist are already under arrest:

I hope that Armstrong, Lemon and others are prosecuted under the FACE Act, which, as AG Bondi has pointed out, can have enhanced penalties under the Ku Klux Klan Act. Presumably those charges will have to be brought in St. Paul, however, and that makes convictions doubtful. We are entering an era of jury nullification, I fear, and I suspect convictions of left-wingers will be difficult to obtain in any anti-Trump jurisdiction.

California: Human Smuggler Attacks DHS Agent, Agent Shoots Defensively

Before the media hysteria and riots begin again over another shooting involving federal immigration officers, here is the real story unembellished by leftist mendacity.

At around 7 a.m. Pacific time today, officers with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) were trying to arrest violent El Salvadoran human smuggler William Eduardo Moran Carbello. Unfortunately, the illegal alien criminal committed vehicular assault on the officers, causing one to fire at him. During the violent clash, the illegal alien escaped injury — though he did not evade arrest — but a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer did sustain injury.

Carbello has two prior arrests for “for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant,” besides his involvement in a human smuggling operation, DHS announced on X. An immigration judge ordered that Carbello be deported back in 2019, but naturally the Biden administration didn’t enforce that. Neither did state authorities, since Carbello was apparently in California, one of the worst sanctuary states, where Gov. Gavin Newsom even protects literal murderers from ICE.

And so DHS officers came to Compton, California, to arrest Carbello. Naturally, the violent criminal turned to violence in an effort to escape justice. "In a dangerous attempt to evade arrest, this criminal illegal alien weaponized his vehicle and rammed law enforcement," DHS wrote on X. "Fearing for his life and safety, an agent fired defensive shots. The criminal illegal alien was not hit and attempted to flee on foot. He was successfully apprehended by law enforcement. The illegal alien was not injured, but a CBP officer was injured."

That brings us to the Democrats and the Epstein Files. They saw the scandal as the monkey's paw that would lead them to destroy Donald Trump. By yesterday, Democrats had to toss their own establishment into the fire, voting with Republicans to hold both Bill and Hillary Clinton in contempt for refusing a congressional subpoena in the investigation:

Nine Democrats on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee voted with Republicans Wednesday to recommend holding former President Bill Clinton in contempt of Congress for defying a subpoena to testify as part of the panel’s investigation into convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Three Democrats sided with Republicans in voting for a separate measure to recommend also holding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in contempt.

Will the Dems (and Hate-Trump RINOs) also hypo-vehiculate the Clintons in the full House vote? Not holding my breath.

Yale University activists recently failed on three requests to get the school to divest from companies and industries they oppose.

The Advisory Committee on Investor Responsibility considered proposals from the Yale Endowment Justice Collective to divest from technology company Palantir, BP and other oil companies, and “military weapons manufacturers.” This advisory committee gives recommendations to the Corporation Committee on Investor Responsibility, which itself advises the board of trustees.

The Jan. 7 decision not to divest came after a November pitch by the Endowment Justice Collective. However, activists first proposed divesting from BP in 2024, but the advisory committee had yet to issue a decision.

Having never actually watched that show but heard thousands of insipid clips from the ABC News show (it falls under the ABC News umbrella rather than entertainment), I highly doubt Caryn Johnson ever questioned Lord Sharter-Pants' mental acuity. Plus, I swear Whoopie also took a lot of time off due to sticking her foot in her mouth which led to a lot of legal trouble for her and King Disney/ABC, as well as catching the Wuhan every few months of missing a show to get her 17th shot.

Closing arguments in the trial of Adrian Gonzales took place yesterday and afterwards the case was handed over to the jury. The jury deliberated for about 7 hours and then reached a verdict on all 29 counts.

Gonzales was the police officer who failed to try to intervene in the Uvalde school shooting.

Taking aim at ICE: State bill would ban former agents from being hired as police officers

A legislative move is designed to keep immigration officers out of Washington, even after they’ve left ICE.

The measure would ban any law enforcement agencies in Washington from hiring someone who was hired as a sworn officer of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency on or after January 20th of 2025. That’s when President Donald Trump’s second term began.

Rep. Tarra Simmons, D-Bremerton, introduced House Bill 2641 yesterday. It’s co-sponsored by Rep. Shaun Scott, D-Seattle.

“In this Washington, we have worked incredibly hard to build trust between law enforcement and community,” Simmons said in a press release. “In most Washington agencies, the men and women who step up to serve have developed a culture of holding each other accountable to the highest professional standards. The last thing we need is infiltration of ICE agents trained during the Trump Administration to send us backwards.”

Jack Smith suggests Trump charges could be brought again

Former special counsel Jack Smith refused Thursday to rule out the possibility that a future Justice Department could revive his criminal cases against President Trump once he leaves office in 2029.

Mr. Smith said he dismissed the charges when Mr. Trump was elected in 2024 in accordance with the department’s policy.

“Can they be rebrought or resurrected after Trump leaves office?” asked Rep. Hank Johnson, Georgia Democrat.

“They were dismissed without prejudice,” Mr. Smith said.

Mr. Johnson seemed interested in the idea, asking if that meant a new prosecution was a live matter for the president.

The second time, Mr. Smith demurred.

“I’m not going to speak to that,” he said.

Today marks the formal end of the U.S.'s participation in the World Health Organization, following the withdrawal process initiated by President Donald Trump through his executive action in January 2025.

The decision angered the right people, many of whom called it reckless or dangerous, reactions that ignore the longer story that began well before the withdrawal paperwork.

How Confidence Evaporated
The WHO lost credibility during the COVID response due to mixed messaging, delayed acknowledgment of human-to-human transmission, and shifting guidance that created confusion in moments that required clarity.

Health and Human Services Director Robert F. Kennedy Jr. summed up the reason for America's withdrawal in a May 2025 recorded message to the WHO.

"Like many legacy institutions, the WHO has become mired in bureaucratic bloat, entrenched paradigms, conflicts of interest, and international power politics," Kennedy said.
