An iPhone question
« on: January 19, 2026, 05:11:29 PM »
I know this section of the site doesn't get much activity, but I’m in need of some help from someone with iPhone experience. I recently replaced the iPhone 8 that I’ve had for years with an iPhone 16. I like it, but I’m having issues with it changing what I’m trying to type. I figured it was “predictive text”, but it’s still happening after turning that option off.

For new members and lurkers: I am a fictional spirit-guide with no smell whatsoever. I am part irish setter and part pigeon. If you don't smell any strange smells it means I'm probably standing next to you. As I am a fictional character anything I post should possibly be considered fictional.

I know nothing about iPhones.

I only kiss girls.
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."
