A Georgia State Election Board investigation substantiated that Fulton County violated election rules in 2020 by failing to have poll workers sign required tabulation tapes for early votes in 36 out of 37 advanced voting precincts, affecting approximately 315,000 ballots.

These unsigned tapes broke the chain-of-custody and certification requirements under Georgia law, which mandates signed tapes as the sole legal proof of authentic vote totals.

During a board meeting on December 9th, Ann Brumbaugh, attorney for the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, contends that Fulton County does “not dispute that the tapes were not signed.”

Ummmm, OK, it took 5 bleeping years to extract this admission? Every vote on those tabulation tapes might be valid. Or the tapes might be utter forgeries. 5 years of incuriosity and/or stonewalling is very suggestive.

. So, that's it? no cuffs? Normally after a couple of years and a few million spent, the hopelessly guilty" public servants" just need to say "I take full responsibility" and the whole damn thing slowly turns to smoke.

How could Georgia have problems of this sort with such brilliant minds as Fani Willis at the helm?

Then again how after the cast of the Russia hoax, Pelosi's stock-picks of the week, Fauci, Letica James, Alvin Bragg, etc., do we still have a closet full of Orange Jump suits? (some with matching Hijabs.)
