Here's the thing that's been bugging me about the Democrats (or a thing that's been bugging me) and their indignance over the White House renovation: Since when do they give a liquid shit about the country's traditions, or the loss thereof? Aren't they the party that wants to get rid of our traditions and replace them with "progessive values"?

After all, we've already seen them do it to other statues of historical people and moments across the country.
