An NYPD exodus is already underway, with a surge of officers quitting in the month leading up to anti-cop socialist Zohran Mamdani’s mayoral win — and more might go if Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch exits, according to data and department sources.

The NYPD saw a 35% hike in cops of all ranks leaving in October – 245 police officers compared to 181 in the same month last year, according to Police Pension Fund data.

“Morale is down because everyone is concerned about the policies Mamdani wants to put in place,” said Detectives Endowment Association President Scott Munro.

Police officers are willing to take bullets to protect law-abiding citizens. They are not willing to wait for hate-driven pols to destroy their careers, lives, and families for doing their jobs "too well". Who'd athunk it?!

The word "insurrection" became quickly affixed to all news stories, though no one knew what really happened. President Donald Trump's slow response in urging people to go home was seen as an admission of something nefarious. And his words spoken at the Ellipse were clipped, taken out of context, and all exculpatory words he spoke were mysteriously left out of the discussion.

And the fix is still in. On Sunday, two executives at the BBC resigned in disgrace after the popular British news program Panorama was caught making egregious edits in Trump's speech to make him sound like he was encouraging a run on the Capitol Building.

Four people, all MAGA supporters, died that day. Ashli Babbitt was shot to death, and Rosanne Boyland was overcome by chemical spray and, according to witnesses, was beaten by a female police officer as she lay unconscious on the ground. Two other men were overcome by the chemicals and pepper spray eagerly shot into the crowd by police and suffered a stroke and a heart attack.

A flood of new information has come out in the last few days, thanks in large part to The Blaze, but also another source who has been parsing video evidence from January 6 for years. Both have taken their findings to DOJ officials but have not made this information public. Catherine gave us a brief overview when the story broke, but now we have more information.

It's now believed that the person who planted the apparent dummy pipe bombs outside the DNC and a club near the RNC is a former Capitol Police officer.

The "pipe bombs" diverted many law enforcement personnel not assigned to work at the Capitol. IF the person planting the dummy pipe bombs was a Capitol Police officer, it looks like there was at least some MIHOP in addition to the LIHOP of FBI agents who were in the crowds and did zero to mitigate what could happen.

Variety is Melting Down Over the “MAGA Hollywood Takeover”

Variety recently dropped a lengthy tantrum disguised as journalism, panicking over David Ellison’s growing influence in Hollywood. Their feature warned that the Paramount chief is “building a Hollywood juggernaut” and accused him of injecting the industry with something truly dangerous — success that doesn’t bow to left-wing dogma. They treated it like a doomsday prophecy. For anyone outside Los Angeles County, it sounds like a breath of fresh air.

The centerpiece of Variety’s meltdown is President Donald Trump’s plan to host a UFC event on the White House lawn in partnership with Ellison’s Paramount. They even threw in the detail that the fight would fall on Trump’s 80th birthday, June 14, 2026. The horror. Guests will eat dinner, watch some MMA, and celebrate America’s 250th anniversary. White House spokesperson Anna Kelly said it will be “a spectacular event.” Naturally, Variety compared it to Idiocracy. That’s Hollywood code for “things normal Americans enjoy.”

Ellison, son of Oracle founder Larry Ellison, took over Paramount with two goals: make great movies and make money. For the left, that’s controversial. Variety treats him like a Bond villain for saying he wants to outpace Warner Bros. Discovery. He’s been criticized for cutting bloat, hiring competent people, and greenlighting movies that actual audiences might buy tickets to see. Every time he saves money or improves a product, someone in Beverly Hills writes a 2,000-word essay about “the MAGAfication of Hollywood.”

Variety wailed that Ellison has replaced old executives with people who hold “unfashionable” views. Translation: they’re not woke scolds. The horror continues. Some even admit to supporting Israel. Bari Weiss, now at CBS News after selling her Free Press outlet to Paramount for $150 million, is treated like a security threat because she refuses to bash her own country. The story points out she and her wife travel with bodyguards, as though that’s somehow sinister instead of just common sense in a town that punishes dissent.

Ellison and Paramount are off the Prog movie set.

Senate Braces for Adam Schiff’s Indictment

It looks like the Senate is bracing for the inevitable indictment of Adam Schiff. As you know, the California senator and former impeachment manager who relentlessly pursued Donald Trump under false pretenses faces a looming federal indictment for mortgage fraud.

The allegations are quite serious. The Department of Justice is investigating whether Schiff falsified bank documents and property records to fraudulently secure favorable mortgage terms on his Maryland home while claiming a California condo as his residence during his 2023 Senate campaign.

The Federal Housing Finance Agency referred the case to the DOJ earlier this year after discovering evidence suggesting Schiff repeatedly lied on loan applications. The potential charges include wire fraud, bank fraud, and submitting false financial statements. These are felonies, not paperwork errors. According to investigators, Schiff listed his Maryland property as his primary residence to get better loan terms while simultaneously owning and living in his Burbank condo. If prosecutors can prove he knowingly deceived lenders, Schiff could face serious prison time.

I don't hold Schifftyroo's intelligence in high regard, but how can anyone filling out a loan app not know that falsely claiming the property will be their primary residence is fraud, civil and criminal? Further, if the MD property is Schifftyroo's primary residence, he is ineligible to be a Senator or Representative for the State of CA (not that I imagine Goobernor Noisome's AG would prosecute Schifftyroo).

It turns out, the government shutdown ended because some senators want to be able to keep campaigning on Obamacare.
