People being stopped for things like missing front plate on the car. The driver IDs themselves as being armed. They present their FOID and license but still get arrested because the officer can't find them in the database even though the law explicitly states that isn't necessary if the card is present.
The felony arrest has a negative impact on their employment, etc.
