But once it does, there's no telling how things will end.
Actually, it is easy to tell where it ends, should it go that far. The cities will end without power, water, and food, the hordes they contain will turn on each other after a few days when the food, water and security run out, and their waves will crash upon people like you and others in the suburbs before they dissipate. It would happen slowly at first, then seemingly all at once.
For all your perceived advantages of living in the cities, folks like you have never given so much as a moment to consider your real vulnerabilities or your shortcomings. You and people who believe as you do take a great many things for granted, and the fact that you do is among your greatest weaknesses.
Meanwhile, the people in the sticks who know how to live in the sticks will go right on living in the sticks.
You and people who believe as you do, really should stop and ask yourselves how much the continued presence of illegal aliens is worth to you, and how much you're genuinely willing to give up to keep them here. The cost to you (not just others) could be very high should you decide to push things too far.
