Using my recent hospital stay as an example, My health - and possibly life - literally depended on every staff person doing their job as well as they could. Whether the person taking out trash and driving the floor cleaner (a Zamboni in hospital corridors) to the doctors diagnosing and making treatment decisions to the social worker coordinating my release, I depend on each one acting without socio-political agenda or rancor. When a doctor or nurse or healthcare social worker praise/mock an assassination, they nuked that trust.
The same applies to a teacher or educrat working in children's education.
