It sure looks to me like an ordinary case of a tow truck driver towing an illegally parked vehicle, when the folk who had parked had had jumped out with masks pulled over their faces and were too busy trying to grope some poor woman to notice their ride rolling away

She's has a work permit (came from Colombia in 2022, presented herself to border agents, was given a type of parole) got a DUI in 2023, but she's a Tik-Tok influencer who goes around filming ICE agents?

Why would a non-citizen put themselves in that situation and make themselves so visible? Just having the DUI can ruin her status.

Was she targeted for filming ICE agents? Probably. But can she be deported? Well, yeah she has a DUI.

I hope she doesn't get deported, but geez? I've seen that before. Immigrants turned activist, but maybe activist isn't the best job, when ICE gestapo is running around when their status is questionable.

The tow trucker driver seemed to know what the agents were doing and tried to prevent them from getting out of their vehicle by blocking their door passenger door with his door. So, it appears the tow truck driver knew they were ICE agents. So, he was interfering with their work.

Now if their vehicles were unmarked and they were just illegally parked, I can see, but he was there on the scene and knew what was happening. And apparently exchanged words with ICE agents.

6. They were in a luxury parking garage. We don't have the right to tow police vehicles, even if they're on the street.

And also, they were blocking the egress to/from the parking garage. I think he had every right to tow the vehicle.

Yeah, that's not how that works DUmbass.

But, let's say that's how it works just for kicks.  What should be done when the Antifa/TransArmy blocks ambulances/fire trucks/police cars?  Is it ok to run them down like vermin?  Take all their skateboards/bikes/cars and impound them?

Sounds like a fair trade to me!
