This is not in regards to a specific post on DU, but it is in regards to a topic fairly regularly covered on DU so I have a scenario that I’d like the lurking DUers (and any other lurking DemonRats) to think about. Here is the scenario and please try to use whatever small bit of common sense that you may have to work out the answer…
There is a business that you want to take something from. It doesn’t matter what that something is. Just know that the business doesn’t want you to have it. The only security that the business has is three security guards who each work an eight hour solo shift. The first security guard, we’ll call him Albert, is an okay guy. The second security guard, we’ll call him Bob, is also somewhat okay, but (and this is a big “but”) you have some information on Bob that he’d do anything keep from being made public. The third security guard, we’ll call him Carl, is actually a known quantity to you because, unbeknownst to the business, he secretly works for you. With the above info in mind, during which security guard’s shift would you send a team to the building to get the thing that you want?
Most people would say they’d do it either during Bob’s shift or Carl’s shift because Carl actually works for you and you could blackmail Bob. Albert’s shift would definitely be the shift that you would avoid.
Now, let’s apply the above scenario (and common sense) to real life events…
Putin wants Ukraine. In 2014, during the Magic Muslim’s “shift” he went into Ukraine. Then in 2022, under SloJo’s “shift” her went into Ukraine. The only time that he didn’t go into Ukraine was during OrangeManBad’s “shift”.
With all of that in mind, who would it appear is Putin’s puppet or asset or whatever?
