IIRC, Gabbard was secretly put on a watch list - she was being watched at airports whenever she travelled - based on the ludicrous claim she was a Russian asset. I think it was in 2024 when she publicly criticized Kammie.

I going to guess that these 51 partisan "intelligence" people have decided to brazen through efforts to impose consequences on them for their brazen partisan lie about Hunter's laptop.
