If the stories about Cyber Command and the NSA are true, he could activate cyber warfare (Nitro Zeus) that would target critical infrastructure. The death toll would be horrible.

Maybe he should be like Obama in Syria and draw a red line in the sand. And then act as if he never said it. Because, you know, drawing red lines in the sand and then not acting on it is a sign of strength and character. Well, at least in liberal coo-coo-world it is.
