Can Barr be impeached? He is appointed so I don't think so.
I am sure you cannot petition to bar an attorney. The attorney has to violate the Canons of Ethics in a very specific way. Thank God the bar is not a popularity contest. Else there would be NO lawyers at all.
Yes, he can be impeached. The hearings tomorrow on the House side may very well bring that on. Let’s remember that the next big report due out will be on Comey. Once that is out, expect FISA warrant
and supporting documentation declassification. I’d bet any sum of money that Adam Schiff’s grubby little paws are all over the supporting documentation. I do know that the Chief Judge of the FISA Court has told the DOJ that spurious information was used to get those warrants started, and to re-authorize said spying. The Dems think that they have the Trump Administration in a tight spot. It’s actually the other way around. Once the spurious FISA support documents are revealed, it’s a matter of time before other Democratic Congressional crimes see the light of day (child sex trafficking, for one).
