By "read" the DUmmie means they had a PDF version of the evidence and spent 10 minutes using the "Find" function to search for buzz words.  :whatever:

It may look like that, but really he's an authentic Democrat, and one to whom the primitives need to listen, if they wish to get any further than where they're at now.

I also think he's pretty immune from tombstoning because Skins, another professional Democrat, appreciates his help in reminding the primitives to cool it.
