I suspect you are correct, but Bernie said the Boston-Marathon Scum-Coward who murdered several people and maimed/injured hundreds of others should be allowed to vote. Does DSB think that insult-to-scum should be able to vote? IMO, that insult-to-scum should be lined up against a brick wall a few yards from a nail and explosive stuffed pressure cooker bomb and allowed to bleed out if he survives the initial blast ... basically what he did to the marathon runners.

There was an ancient Greek lawgiver named Draco. Draco assigned the death penalty to most everything, even minor offenses. When asked if his penalties were too harsh he stated that minor offenses deserved capital punishment and that capital offenses deserved even worse punishments but unfortunately he couldn't think of anything worse.

BTW, this is where we get the word Draconian.
