A strong majority of voters say Americans should make economic sacrifices to help the environment, according to a new poll.

In a Hill-HarrisX survey, 68 percent of registered voters said the country should make "some" or "big" economic sacrifices in an effort to improve environmental conditions.

Twenty-six percent of respondents said "big" sacrifices are needed, while 42 percent said "some" sacrifices should be made.

A BS poll.  :bs:

Will the Enviro-Idiots ever think about their highly faulty mathematics?

How exactly will 4% of the world's population (us) counteract supposed climate change, when it is the vast majority of the planet, i.e. The "Second World" (e.g. Russia and China) and the Third World, who are burning coal like crazy and have some of the worst air and water pollution on the planet.  The Second and Third Worlds are polluting much more than we are by burning down their forests, or using wood fires or coal or charcoal for warmth and cooking, or burning oil and gasoline without pollution controls, etc.

Look at the pictures of China's cities where you can slice a piece of the air and lay it on a plate!  Then tell me America is a worse polluter with a straight face!  Even Pittsburgh has good air these days: I live near a steel processing plant here in Ohio.  Pollution is not evident: 50 years ago, yes, you would know a steel mill was in the area.  Not now.

The numbers may be legit, but every swingin' richard of the 'Sacrifice' responders meant somebody ELSE should be making the sacrifices.

And in 100% of those cases the sacrifices are to be made by OTHER PEOPLE.
