3. Worrisome.
Especially since this is the second time she has crossed the line in this same vein.
At the very least she needs to understand how to be diplomatic about her belief that the Israeli lobby is too strong. At the worst, she may indeed be antisemitic and following an agenda accordingly.
It was the second time the MSM couldn't cover up. She's said the same kind of Crap for decades, but the national MSM kept mum, a "local story".

4. Agreed! Such slurs and language only give further cover to those to whose influence Omar objects. nt
Unsurprisingly,
FreepFryer is worried about Teh Joooooos rather than Omar's antisemitism.

6. Dividing Democrats Not a Good Move
JRep. Engel needs to consider the long term best interests of our Democratic Party. Dividing us especially at this critical time is not a winning idea. We need to take a long look at this type of behavior and reject it. Who is he serving? Not the Democratic Party!
Yeah! Democrat Party uber alles! Don't worry about antisemites unless they go off the
D Party Plantation!

11. The same Engel who got $150,000 in pro-Israel industry campaigns donations last year?
We're talking about this guy, right?
Yeah! He got JOOOOOOO money, therefore could not be right that antisemitism is wrong.

27. Folks from Israel have become way to sensitive.
Absolutely! Forget the centuries of deadly persecution in virtually every country in Europe!
Forget the Holocaust!
Forget the four wars in which Arab nations vastly outnumbering Israel tried to wipe it off the map!
Forget the half century of US Progressive academics limiting admissions of Jews to top universities!
Forget the numerous antisemitic stereotypes Progs and other Jew-haters sprinkle throughout their rhetoric!
Forget that a Jew walking across commons areas in many US universities wearing a yarmulke does so risking life and limb!
Jews are too damn sensitive when insulted!!!Because a DU-member who chances to see this post may wonder, no. I am not Jewish, ethnically or religiously. And any DU-member who saw this post and wondered about that, shame on you!
