Rep Joe Crowley (NY 14th now represented by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez) and Shuster head to K Street
Former Reps. Joe Crowley and Bill Shuster are heading to K Street, making them one of the rare bipartisan pairs of former lawmakers to team up as lobbyists after leaving office.
Crowley, a New York Democrat, and Shuster, a Pennsylvania Republican, are joining Squire Patton Boggs, one of the largest law and lobbying firms in Washington.

1. After many years of service for his district, it's time he took care of Joe.
I wish him well.

2. He could take care of Joe without lobbying for those at the top.

4. I will reserve comment until we know
I will reserve comment until we know which clients and industries he will be representing
Perhaps Joe Crowley thinks there is an underserved niche that needs filled, lobbying for the unrepresented people that used to be his constituents since the buck toothed grifter that snuck in and stole his old job doesn't have a local office back in the district.
Here is a funny exchange on another thread where it dawns on the primitives that they have been hornswoggled by the buck toothed child:

2. What's the office staffing budget for a new congress-person? About a million?
Some of it for full-time staff, some of whom will make a lot more than the 52k minimum, then some more money for the $15/hr interns, she may run with a leaner staff than many congress people.
I assume the budget has to pay for any staffers at her NY office(s).

10. And she is serving her constituents how, exactly?
You need a local office. Well, it is up to them, I suppose.

15. She will probably open a NY office, maybe before summer recess.
They, like all the rest of us, get the month of August off.
Like the rest of us
