In March the woman placed her Sacramento-area home on the market for $625,000 with one stipulation: The buyer must not be a Trump supporter. She later took the home off the market for reasons that were not clear.

But now the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is being sold for less than $500,000, leaving some to wonder if the significantly lower price is at all related to the no-Trump-supporters demand, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

Sounds like there's some untold backstory/subplot in the whole thing.  I hope she loses money on it.

Looks like a rather large 2/2 in what looks to be a very nice upper middle-class neighborhood. It's near park land and a golf course along the American River in Carmichael. There is an offer pending of $95K, so if she's not owned it for more than 3 or 5 years, knocking off $100K may have knocked off most of the profit. OTOH, if she's owned it for more than 15 or 20 years she probably made a substantial profit and is blaming Trumpers that it's not $100K greater.
