It could be argued that he did the most important official business available, welcoming intelligent, productive members of the society into the forces that defend our Constitution.  Either way, that is a graduating class that will know what a true leader does.

I saw a picture and story about Trump.  He was at some kind of event,  a rally of some sort and he was greeting someone with two artificial arms.  Instead of trying to shake his hand, which would really have no human interaction, Trump reached out and held his cheek for a moment.  That's compassion.  And there was no teleprompter or adviser telling him to do that.
