The Mannn is going to try and make...fry bread

its basically bannock bread. No yeast.
Just flour, baking soda, salt, water, maybe a little olive oil....a little more olive oil to grease the pan.
Its going to be a round flat bread, I will try it first plain or with butter. if it is any good, I will spread refried beans, lots of melty cheese, some hamburger, diced tomatoes, and a bit of lettuce to make a Navajo taco.

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil - optional
1/4 cup (approx) water

Measure flour, salt, and baking powder into a bowl. Stir to mix. Pour olive oil and water over flour mixture. Stir until it's not sticky.

Turn dough out on a lightly floured surface, and knead gently about 10 times. Pat into a flat circle 3/4 to 1 inch thick.

Cook in a cast iron pan over medium heat allowing about 15 minutes for each side. It may also be baked at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
