if the other parts of the system don't do their job? Let's say Mueller determines Trump is guilty of lots of stuff, obstruction of justice, money laundering, whatever really. Then what? Who is responsible for pursuing those charges once the investigation is over? Congress? The justice department? Forgive my ignorance, but I really don't know. And what are the odds that the responsible party will actually do anything with this information?

I've been seeing alot of these references to the mafia at the DUmp in the past few days since comey refereed to  Trump as a mob boss. 

They really have no original thoughts over there.

Stupid DUmmies.  Mueller can't "determine guilt."  Only a court of law can do that.  All Mueller can do is file charges.
