I’m not even sure what he did wrong here? Had a consensual relationship with someone while separated from his wife?

Even if he wasn’t separated from his wife at the time, whoever leaked these photos should see jail time.

If it was, say, your husband or boyfriend? Remember, he is saying he sent the pics AFTER he'd been in a consentual relationship with this woman for a while. He didn't send them to a random stranger.

I had a girlfriend in college who gave me a few nude Polaroids once. Would I have been in the right to spread them around after she cheated on me?
