The Vietnamese have been treating the Hmong people like crap for many years.  After the commies took over they moved them out of the mountains and put them in crappy reservations.  Primary reason Hmongs have darker skin.

First of all, I don't believe the :bouncy: . Second, if my skepticism is incorrect, all the :bouncy: proves is that some Vietnamese people insulted Americans, and may also have been racist.
