As a proud Floridian myself who works with kids and teens both in substitute teaching and in youth ministry,
to the sheriff and
to the DUmmies.
Some of the kids I work with or have worked with in the past (Including a now- 18- year- old who recently made a Facebook post expressing relief that the sicko who raped her has gotten a 20- year prison sentence) are low- income and may very well need to stay in shelters, I wouldn't want them to be in one with a child- molester.
Of course the DUmmies attempt to play the race card, and inevitably expose themselves as the true racists (i.e. Implying that racial minorities are more likely to have warrants for their arrest than whites and/ or are more likely to be sexual predators than whites are).

1. Maybe I'm wrong, but would you even get a warrant for your arrest simply for having "An (Implying one) unpaid traffic ticket"?
2. The sheriff didn't say "Anyone with a warrant," he not once but twice quite specifically said sex offenders/ sexual predators.
3. "Potential death sentence"? The sheriff said he would arrest them and put them in the county jail, not that he would just leave them out to die in the hurricane. Heck, the county jail would probably be sturdier/ hold up under Irma better than most shelters would, anyway.

The DUmmies love sex offenders (i.e. Bill Clinton, Anthony Weiner).
They have revealed time and again in their posts that they believe pedophiles are just innocent victims of society's bigotry/ closed- mindedness who should be treated with compassion and acceptance (You know it won't be long before they they add a "P" to "LGBT"), and that child molesters should be let off with probation and counseling and not spend a second inside a jail cell.
They watch garbage like 'Family Guy' that portrays the rape of women and especially the molestation of children as funny and amusing, and laugh along with it.
They cheer on the liberal teacher's unions that fight tooth and nail to prevent the child molesters in their ranks from facing any kind of punishment.
Then, they have the gall to accuse conservatives like President Trump of being sexual predators/ deviants.
