I'm beginning to doubt Skinner's ability to raise funds, which should be a priority for him since all the Clinton money has dried up.

If I were him, I would have been selling eclipse moons to give to other DUmmies like the valentine hearts.

It's truly a lost opportunity for him to milk the DUmmies for money.
