Background:
Apparently, the lowlifes that took that guy hostage in Chicago and tortured him claimed to be in some low level street gang called "PBG". Most notably, one who called himself "PBG Hothead", an expiring rapper.
Here, we have an actual member of said juvenile club, "PBG Kemo", setting things straight. They have principles, they don't torture people. They just rob and kill and do "street shit".
