Sorry, I have another one.  Maybe someone can explain this to me;

I think these people who post this shit on Go****Me just pull numbers out of their ass hoping to get something.

$20,000.00 for missing 4 days of work (and if you actually look at it, 1 day out of every 5 weeks, she is missing 3 days of work.)

Almost $7,000/day.  Wish I made that kind of money.

I personally knew a teacher that taught HS math.  She was under crushing amounts of consumer debt.  That, and her serious mental issues were enough to convince us that home schooling was the proper route to take.

I will have them still by then. Just finished my degree in my 40s. Of course as I understand her circumstance she had to be deferring since I thought she's taught for years. Amd I wonder how many of her coach bags and cruises could have paid down those debts instead though.

just seems like the walls are closing in and I'm not strong enough to keep them apart

Every day that I miss because of Chemo or illness I lose 268.00 a day three days in a single month...that is a house payment

I think most teachers work around 180 days/year.  That's $48,240/year.  Most of the DUmp won't see that much in their lifetime and here Pam is begging...
