Holy ****, I agree with Van Jones on something
« on: April 02, 2012, 12:14:51 PM »
Quote
GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS, HOST: No -- well, that -- but on the other hand, Van Jones, maybe he does, and this is picking up on the other points you all were making as to avoid a -- any pick that looks transparently political and calculated, that could be his biggest problem.

VAN JONES, FORMER OBAMA ADVISER: I think that's right. And one thing I think is interesting is, if you want to do something shocking, you want the tea party base excited, nobody has talked about Condoleezza Rice.

But think about this. She checks off a lot of boxes, as far as women, she's a person of color, if the optics matter. But she's actually tested. She is actually a national figure. She has foreign policy experience. She was secretary of state. And she's sitting there.

Now people say, you know, you want to do something bold, put Condoleezza Rice on the ticket and watch the Obama campaign go crazy.

---SOURCE---

Wait, I thought the Tea Party was full of racists? Make up your minds.
NAMBLA is a left-wing organization.

Quote
There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site

Only one problem with that, Van.

Condie has said NFW to political office. Period. She just wants to teach and play piano. Maybe speak some Russian now and again.

Go back to your fascist hole, Van. When we need your opinion, we'll rattle your cage.

Is there anything more incoherent than George S. in the opening line?  (Aside from lord zero off the TOTUS).

Van took it a step further and alleges that blacks would vote for Obama even if he came out as gay:  http://www.therightscoop.com/van-jones-obama-could-come-out-as-gay-and-he-wouldnt-lose-the-black-vote/
He may be right in this case since it IS Obama, but didn't the black vote account in large part for the Prop8 vote?

Anytime I see or hear of George's name I think "Snuffleupagus".
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.

Give it up, Obama has the money to buy America and sell to the highest bidder from off shore.

Obama gives a shit about the Black vote in this country.   All this campagining and stuff is crap, what does he care about the voters when he can buy the electoral collage and get 4 years to rampage and destroy our country with the help of his friends that are non Americans and hate us.

I think Obama is correct he will become President for another 4 years.  Then what, he is not going to make America strong and a super power, look what the last only 3 1/2 years he has done to weaken us.    Annother 4 years and we will become slaves to outside countrys that buy up all the land in America.  Our farms will be owened by China. Our banks will be controlled by non American companys.

Our millitary will we weakend by the Seniors that are forced out to leave it to the young people with no training , just book work.

Check out the crazy idea to place woman on Subs , our deterent force and how that will work out after 60-90 days incapulated in a Sub with 120 Horney men.

Going to be interesting how ever anything of this goes, Next 5 years will be life changing fo all of us-----time to store food, and hope a law is not passed against Hording. -----Wont be the first time  it was against the LAW.

We don't have to conjecture how putting women on Naval vessels will result. The first time it was tried on the Eisenhower 12 women were sent home early because of pregnancy. That cruise accurately became known as the "Love Boat" cruise.

Well THANK YOU Zombie, you have put my mind at rest here.

This explains why I thought the Military had lost their minds.    The Come on out of the Closet Boys and Girls, we welcome you, no reason a FAG cannot die for their country.

So this was the master plan all along,  to find a way to place Educated woman on the Ships and Boats that will not come home Pregnant.    No Heterosexual females allowed only Lesbians.

Is this discrimination against heterosexual females ?     Most likely, but after just one Cruse on a Carrier with 6 months at sea and 4,000 drooling, sex starved men chasing them from stem to stern I do not think they will be too eagerer for a second cruse.

So bring in the Dikes, sisters in life to the Amazons that chopped of one breast so they could use a Bow to kill men.
Such fierce warriors they made the strongest men crap their pants.

AH --you Zombie have made it all clear to me that there is a method in what I perceived as madness to the idea of placing females among the men for 3-6 months time in close quarters.

I will sleep better at night just knowing our Pentagon is not full of deranged people.    They have a PLAN , unique perhaps but it just may work.

Far as I know, woman in the Military can head for a dispensary and get at no cost the five year implants in their arm or leg and if they want to have a child the implants can be removed.

I would think some woman use the I'm pregnant to leave the service early, receive their release and head for an abortion clinic.

If I'm correct, you support having homosexuals and lesbians in the military. The effect will be contrary to good order and discipline. Problem area number one, berthing.

The politically correct statements from DoD and the various services, thus far, is that having queers and rugmunchers in the military has been a non-issue.

Of course, the statements were issued by the PC-ites themselves.

In fact, it's so much of a non-issue that DoD won't even keep stats on how many faggots they've got humping each other:

The ground truth is that it pretty much is a non-issue, at least from my foxhole. By and large, most Soldiers don't care.

So what and when has the military done any investigating on the SEX lives of the personal unless it finds a Sea Gull claiming 2-5  allotments from supposed husbands ???

Lots of scams out there in the past and may be still going on today.

Oh Yes at one time a witch hunt went on to out the gays, in those days the Gays married woman from very poor country's, brought them here and covered their ASS with the fact they were married so no one could prove they were gay.

Bad time in the 1980's, a friend asked me to beard her brother at ships party's as a girlfriend to keep his 12 year Carear on line.   Her brother had married a woman from the Philippines , and  she divorced him when he kept bringing home males to sleep with him and told her this was an American tradition.

So much the Civilian does no know about the military, and those that prey on them.

The military sticks up for its own, sometimes it is the determent of the family.   Unless some Ass Hole writes home to his wife that a crew member, husband of one of her circle was arrested after going nuts in a whore house----The wife and family will never know.

As the wife of a Chief I have had woman crying on me for years about the Crap they have to face.  As the wife of an low grade officer all that stopped thank heavens.  I had respect as Mrs. Chief, but as the wife of a nobody no one knew I existed. [ Thank Heavens ]

Sex life in the military be it Heterosexual or Gay is kept under wraps from the people most in need to know.  Sh*t the Military is a brotherhood of men that  stick together, lives depend on it.     I don't know how woman fit in today, but  knowing woman as I do, there are few woman that can fit in with the boys.

When was the last time anyone saw a group of female Officers dragged out of some 3'rd world  bar blind drunk and escorted back to their Ship or base.????  Or on Shore leave in the US having to be bailed out of jail by their Captain.

Men and Woman are oh so different, be they gay or straight.

Must say here I had more fun and friends at the Chiefs club then I ever did at the Offices Clubs.  Bunch of stuffed shirts with wives afraid to lift their skirts and boogie on down.

Gay Chaplains to Big Brass that explained they were Jesuits and did not marry were around at the time, Sad they never seemed to have any fun.  So while the witch hunt for gays went on, the very people leading the hunt were themselves gay.

So Many High ranking officers and top of the mark Enlisted have come out, who is to say be it for good or bad.????

Would you characterize your statement by saying that most younger Soldiers don't care?

Any data on the retention rate for mid-termers? Any indication that any resistance to the new policy isn't squashed, but those who remain offended at queers who like to liplock in public are simply staying silent because it's safer to do so?

Are any incentives available for early-outs being dangled to accommodate the coming downsizing which are likely to be accepted by those who have a problem with the new policy?

That would be fair to say.

Data for retention would be affected by much more than just DADT. But, there is some aspect of truth about senior people staying quiet.

Are any incentives available for early-outs being dangled to accommodate the coming downsizing which are likely to be accepted by those who have a problem with the new policy?

The services ae authorized to do early retirements at 15 yrs now under the current spending bill. There could be some who are opposed to DADT who are tempted by that opportunity. I have seen more NCO's/O's worried about early retirement/ getting out due to lack of promotion potential due to downsizing than are complaining about having homosezuals in their ranks.

Like I said, by and large, it's not a topic of conversation. whether that's because some stay quiet or they don't care, I can't say. I personally don't care what a troop decides to do with their genitalia as long as it doesn't affect their job performance.

Thanks for the detailed reply. I had suspected that most younger Soldiers don't necessarily care, but I attribute that to the determined, relentless, and generally successful attack on morals in this country. It's become acceptable for buttplugging to go on, it's become acceptable and even commendable for a single woman to have a child out of wedlock and it's become old-fashioned and even repugnant that someone be offended at the idea of gay sex.

To a certain extent, I would agree that what two adults do in the privacy of their home is their business, so I suffer from that same indoctrination too, but I absolutely reject the lifestyle as it's fundamentally and simply abnormal.

I don't mean to rehash the entire gay thing here, but I do see some fundamental differences in how people think today versus 35 years ago. It ain't pretty, in my view.

As the military is a microcosm of the civilian world, I shouldn't be surprised that younger Soldiers aren't as disgusted by gay sex as many of those in my generation are.

Black do not like queers equating their so called struggle with the Civil Rights movement. That pisses them off. The black vote killed Prop 8.
However, I doubt if too many blacks would be swayed even if Obama stated he was AC/DC.
